Poly-ubiquitylated proteins proved trickier to purify for LC-MS than expected. Non-specific background swamped isolations: with histones and uncertainty!

This led us to develop Ubi-SCAPE—for characterising the poly-ubiquitylome to unprecedented purity and depth.

Thanks Fiamma, Your work has been well-received. It's remarkable that these RNA binding proteins can regulate the cell cycle in proliferating B cells. But in Treg cells this does not seem to be the case, they are regulating responses to IL2, but proliferation was not obviously affected.

Huntington's disease successfully treated for first time One of the most devastating diseases finally has a treatment that can slow its progression and transform lives, tearful doctors tell BBC.

Amazing, and really cool therapy. mRNA for the win!
