Poly-ubiquitylated proteins proved trickier to purify for LC-MS than expected. Non-specific background swamped isolations: with histones and uncertainty!
This led us to develop Ubi-SCAPE—for characterising the poly-ubiquitylome to unprecedented purity and depth.

Agree with this, Quality Journals can help here by publishing more theory and acting as conduit for discussion.
This evil happened in a highly technologically and culturally sophisticated society and today we day remember the camp was liberated by the Russians in 1945. And we will remember tomorrow and for ever.

gives our perspective on this growing area of research. Special thanks to the editor Alexandra, for streamlining the manuscript.
fascinating!
Thanks Fiamma, Your work has been well-received. It's remarkable that these RNA binding proteins can regulate the cell cycle in proliferating B cells. But in Treg cells this does not seem to be the case, they are regulating responses to IL2, but proliferation was not obviously affected.

Amazing, and really cool therapy. mRNA for the win!
“The cells produce a small fragment of genetic material (called microRNA) that is designed to intercept and disable the instructions (called messenger RNA) being sent from the cells' DNA for building mutant huntingtin.”

Good news for molecular studies of the mechanisms of ageing.
A great moment for Women's football in England. I hope this leads to more investment at the community level in football and all other sports.
