I am a little late, BUT my birthday was a few days ago, and all I want is to work with YOU! I am open to both full-time and freelance work as we enter the new year, primarily in fact-checking and research (and I'd love to transcribe your interviews in the meantime).

With the shutdown persisting, I have found myself with free time and the need for work this month. While I wait for the LoC project I was contracted for to commence, I am available to transcribe ($1/audio minute, $1.50/audio minute for a 24-hour or less turnaround).

I also have time to take on more fact-checking work. I have checked and researched magazine features, podcasts, books, articles, etc., and am always eager for more.

Quick update: the fire near us has been contained 100%, so we're cautiously optimistic, at least in my neighborhood. I'm packing a bag for myself and the cats in case something flares up in the Hills and we're ordered to evacuate again.
