I've played WoW on and off since WotLK, and for 3 of those years I was the only woman on the raid team. Today I raid with 4 other women and have met so many amazing WoW gals. Girls have it rough in gaming. Life is so much better when you have each other's backs.

I know there is a lot on people's plates right now. It's hard to cut through the noise. One approach is to focus on helping one another at more local and personal levels. I think we can get a lot done quickly and also have a foundation for more far reaching change.
