I've done keto a few times, so I was prepared for the initial feelings of light headedness and weakness (the key is to keep hydrated and top up your electrolytes!). Overall I feel okay, but eating so much meat and cheese honestly feels heavy and gross at times and I have to just force it down lol ☠️
