ICE nabbed him on his way out because he violated terms of his release (no legal trouble). He told ICE about his court date they laughed and locked him back up. The IJ granted him $3000 bond. Three months of this man's life.

I was observing a bond hearing for a Massachusetts man who missed court in Leominster because he was detained by ICE. He got out of ICE custody and was arrested in Marlboro on a failure to appear warrant. The judge in Marlboro gave him an order to appear in Leominster that same day. ICE nabbed him

You use the officials USGovt secure channels to hide communications from bad actors. You use Signal to hide communications from the USGovt.

I'm glad my Congresswoman is taking the lead on this. Others can let their representatives know to support the effort. Protecting our privacy is a part of protecting our democracy.
