SCOTUS will, I think, overrule ANY gun bans... and i and many democrats agree with that. Anyone that needs more than 10 rounds in a firearm though, is not a sportsman and loses that arguement in any court.

Someone needs to tell our new Governor... banning guns is a losing option to the crisis in America. Instead of banning guns, ban magazines that hold more than 10 rounds and limit to 2 magazines in proximity to firearm. Proximity being anywhere outside of ones home.
