3 boys riding their bikes spotted a creature in an abandoned sale barn on the outskirts of Ottosen. They decide to throw a rock, stirring up what was inside. They then see an Ape-like face appear. The boys run in terror! As the creature takes off into a cornfield.

In the summer of 1973, the town of Murphysboro had a terrifying series of encounters with a huge albino beast! For two weeks it persisted and then abruptly disappeared.
Although sightings are still reported today, none yet have compared to the initial reports placing Murphysboro in bigfoot history.

Two books I read recently of John Keel's. Really interesting thoughts on mysterious creatures and phenomenon.
