On International Women's Day, we recognise their indispensable contribution to lasting peace. Research shows peace agreements are more likely to endure when women take part in the process.

EU Foreign Affairs Ministers will hold an informal discussion via video conference to discuss the situation in Iran and in the broader Middle East. The discussion will also include the Secretary-General and representatives of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
