What a cutie!
Can't pass up a chance to share a pup-pic.
This is Murphy
I have a copy editor for typos... when I think a script is "done."
For development notes, it's not what I'm after. Some readers like to call them out, and that's fine.
This was a fun way to meet more folks. Let's add some #.

I thoroughly enjoy buzzing past the cars in the regular lanes.
Sounds like we'll have to trade off sites.
Every single time I press send!
I'm down for that as we find more folks here. My Nexus is ready!
Typically I do a few scenes to intro characters (to myself) then leap to the ending. Then I storyboard to ribbon the rest.
I have character worksheets I use sometimes also.
Feels right so far ๐
Quick trip on the Kingston!
It's very small and quiet with not a ton to do but it is beautiful.
But there's kittens! ๐
Been a couple years. I need to get back to the Valley.
Good to see you here!
Great food and wine in BC and I'm all in on both!
I get to BC regularly. Need to head east.
True.
I'm hoping I learned how to better surround myself. More about "who" and not "how many"
Another Scottish writer!
Great pic.
Went to a Twins game a couple years back.
I lived in the Springs years ago. Love Colorado.
I have got to get to Scotland.
Same here. I miss the volume of folks I had there but the vibe here is sooo worth starting again.
Our new writer community bios don't say where we live.
I'm in Birch Bay, Washington. A sleepy seaside town about 8 miles from Canada and 100 north of Seattle.
Where are you?
Thank you!!
My first script was a drama feature with a bit of a Shutter Island vibe.
I opened it not long ago and it is NOT very good.
I still do dramas, thrillers and horror but have added TV pilots and recently did my first adaptation.
So great to see so many new #screenwriter peeps!

Intros and script speak!
Murphy approves.
The migration seems to be in full swing. Seeing some familiar names coming over. #screenwriting #scriptsky #scriptsky+
I write drama, thriller and horror.

...and we've got to get through the readers to get to the viewers.
Thanks. That's my inclination as well.
The balance of spoilers being okay for insiders but not in the story is always a pain.
Readers are less patient than viewers ๐
Agreed. But in the script itself.
I have a character that is a hallucination in a recurring discussion and it's revealed to the audience at the end.
For industry readers should I reveal it up front or leave it as it occurs in the film?
Does a reader want the "direction" or have the film experience?
