325 Deansgate in Manchester is quickly approaching completion, taking its place alongside Beetham Tower & Viadux Phase 1. The new 22-storey hotel tower has been designed to delicately cantilever above the Deansgate Viaduct - a complex architectural response to a constrained & historic urban context.

Boulton House, newly branded as Joyce by The James, has achieved planning. The scheme envisions the transformation of a 1970s office block into a dynamic mixed-use development, housing 261 flexible-use aparthotel suites, that will blend the warmth of home with the convenience of hotel services.
