One Port Street has officially welcomed its first residents. Designed for Select Property, this flagship residential development is located on the edge of Piccadilly Basin, close to the iconic Northern Quarter. At 33 storeys, it stands as a major new landmark for Manchester.

Boulton House, newly branded as Joyce by The James, has achieved planning. The scheme envisions the transformation of a 1970s office block into a dynamic mixed-use development, housing 261 flexible-use aparthotel suites, that will blend the warmth of home with the convenience of hotel services.
