10 Fitzroy Place. Google streetview shows that this unusual inner door looked even better when it was unpainted wood back in 2008. It also shows that the spectacular brass fittings survived into 2024 but have sadly now gone.

Tudor style doorway masonry is the best. Surprisingly this building only dates back to 1928 but considering the textured brick is matching to the 20s.

You can see copper streaks seeping through in the cobblestoned pathway.

Una serie de torres de hormigón se levantan sobre un muro de ladrillo junto a una carretera. Las torres, atraviesan de manera pautada el muro, que se pierde en el horizonte, permitiendo que se pase a través de él. La parte superior de estas estructuras es más voluminosa que la base, es decir tienen forma de árbol. El volumen superior de cada torreón es trapezoidal y está perforado por balcones y elementos decorativos que sobresalen de la fachada con símbolo diversos. A media altura los torreones están unidos longitudinalmente por pasarelas de hormigón. El aspecto del material es algo envejecido.

A Glaswegian version of the famous Athenian Tower of the Winds atop the 1890s Buchanan Street extension of the Athenaeum. I think it's by J.J. Burnet. It has lead scratched graffiti from (among others) 'G Dog 2007', "Andrew Gorman 98' and 'Skid Mark Bowden'.
