I spent some time with a friend today helping them learn something new they can express themselves with, and it helped make me feel a bit more healed. I do miss photography, but my phone camera is way better than my 20 year old DSLR now! I guess it makes it more accessible. Anyway, here is a snoot.

Full transparency. I came here to write and try and get things off my chest. But I feel too broken today. Some days, the sadness, the anger, the anxiety, it can fuel words, beauty, change. It fuels you, even if it's just fumes.

Some days, the only words it leaves you with are "make it stop".
