It’s also even worse in some regards - while PUNT has been sitting at an estimated “nearly done but still needs more stuff to be made”, Alive and Kicking is *completely finished.*
Valve is literally, through their negligence, not letting a fully finished mod project release.
If you’ve ever followed along with the development of PUNT, that should ring alarm bells in your head, because PUNT has been unable to get Valve to sign their own version of this paperwork for *years* since it all depends on one guy.
A&K is now in the same boat, we can only pray now.

Okay so while we did get a response from Valve, we had to sort something out legally, we’ve signed the paperwork… and now we’re waiting for Valve to sign it.
