TBH I switched to one with a screen so I could stop drawing from the wrist. Regular tablets are really small, so I only moved my wrist while drawing, which started to hurt really bad. I guess it's a trade off, which would you rather mess up, your wrist or your back? Being an artist is so fun lol

(If you have tho disregard, just thought it might be a good middle ground for ya if you really benefit from using one with a screen since I'm the same way and also have a lot of back pain as well as severe neck pain so postire is key. The arm really helps.)

An articulating VSEA monitor mount. It's a metal arm with a mount on the end that can be moved to set up your monitor in essentially any position.

This is interesting, bcs I have way worse posture when I use a regular tablet over my cintq, but I use one of those movable monitor mounts so I can set it up to be in a good position that reduces shrimping. Might be worth trying? I know the offical stands tend to have way less positionability.
