What I've found that helps oddly, is if I think of something while I'm scrolling social media and then forget it, I'll scroll back up to reverse my thoughts. It works usually regardless of if the post was related to my thought

Honorable mention , I understand it but I just can't do it anymore: how to control thoughts and be able to think about something I want to think about without it getting lost
