HB 50 passes MD House of Delegates, 110-22. There will be ballot question this year to have Special Elections (during Presidential primary) for vacancies created (and filled) in 1st year of legislative term. Years of work went into this. Weird half-measure, but good!! #MDGA26 #MDpolitics #democracy

I loved my Laws of War class. I can vouch that Trump is threatening war crimes, for blackmail, with no real military purpose. Tbf, Iran is already doing that, trying to cause global economic chaos to get the GCC, Israel, and US to cave. But, that doesn't justify retaliating in kind.
