It's no secret that we love Eclipse, with its flavours reminiscent of the early days of American IPA's, citrus & tropicals fruits, wood & pine, bitterness & lots of aroma. So we brewed a Pale and an IPA to showcase the hop.

Overall the beer presents as warm, round, nutty and lightly toasty, with caramel and dried fruits. Then tending towards citrus before the lingering edges of the smoked malt round things out.
