If the game is to continue to incorporate the Video ‘Assistance’ Refereeing model, then very simply, we need to have 2 x 30 or 35-minute halves (open to the data) and a match timer that starts and stops when the ball is in play.

In the spirit of solutions, can I ask if anyone would be opposed to a Qatari investment if, under the football charter it also meant 1/3 fan ownership with voting rights, 1/3 Qatari ownership and 1/3 ENIC ownership? And also 4% of all footballing transactions went into a Grassroots, UK football pot?
