the best thing you can do right now to avoid sinking into despair is stop waiting for a government to protect people it was never designed to protect. redistribute your time and resources to build new structures of resilience. stop begging for mercy and plant the seeds that are already in your hand.

A woman is dead, kept alive as an incubator. Her family can’t grieve. This isn’t pro-life. It’s control. It’s cruelty. It’s stripping women of agency...even in death. If you support this, you’re complicit. Stand up. Speak out. Fight back. Or admit you’re okay with our girls having no rights.

ICE recently deported two families in Louisiana that included children who are U.S. citizens, one of whom was deported without their cancer medication.
We're demanding their return home to Louisiana.
Four Dems who went to El Salvador 'sought proof of life for Hernández Romero. They didn’t get it. “No one has actually heard about Andry at all since the abduction, including his lawyers and family,” said Robert Garcia, a congressman from California.'

Our client Andry Hernández Romero came to the U.S. seeking safety, but the Trump administration has sent him to a brutal prison in El Salvador without due process.
We're fighting for Andry and everyone wrongfully sent to this prison.
Thank you for your work and for fighting the good fight.
“One young man sobbed when a guard pushed him to the floor. He said, ‘I’m not a gang member. I’m gay. I’m a barber.’ I believed him. *** He “began to whimper,” as his head was roughly shaved, “folding his hands in prayer as his hair fell.” He “asked for his mother & cried as he was slapped again.”
My coworker and activist, Jeanette Vizguerra, was grabbed up by ICE.
Please join us to try to free her to continue working as a caregiver.

Deported for serving a two year sentence for pot. She’s stuck in Laos, never been there. The 37-year-old is also without insulin for her diabetes and is running out of her medication for high blood pressure.

"Ma Yang, was taken by ICE agents without anyone knowing. We did not get to say goodbye and for days her whereabouts were unknown. My fiancé, our sole provider, caretaker, our family is gone, in another country. Her five children and I are left behind mourning the greatest loss."
A federal judge in Colorado issued an order calling on ICE not to deport prominent immigrant rights activist Jeanette Vizguerra.
Rodney Taylor is a beloved Georgia barber who came to the United States from Liberia with his mother when he was only two years old. He applied for citizenship but was denied. But this year, ICE arrested him, locked him up, and has scheduled him to be deported to a faraway country he's never known.
I keep coming back to this photo because it brings me such joy. Absolutely stunning and I love the caption about her tippy toes. Thank you for sharing!
