Ya, going through USMCA/CMUSA is the way to go if everything was made in Canada and shipped to the US. The issue is sometimes customs may 'not believe it', and having your maker do a lot of the pre-shipment paperwork is helpful.

I saw in the thread you have gotten a broker to help you, they should be able to handle it and you may just have to pay the broker their fees if the original shipper didn't handle it at the point of departure from Canada.

I got my suit and 'was' charged via FedEx, However since the suit was custom/handmade completely in Canada, it should not be subject to any duties under CMUSA. That's what you'll need to tell the shipping company/broker helping you if that is the case. It's annoying, but easy to get taken care of
