My day job has me walking about 10 - 15 miles (over 24k steps) every shift, and so I joined a little challenge app to motivate me to keep up the good job

I earned a pretty medal for walking 45 miles 😊

Almost two months on the new job! Through it's physically demanding and I'm exhausted after every shift, my mental and physical health hasn't been better!

I just hope my bad knee doesn't give out before the Healthcare kicks in
