I see a lot of hate for her and I have never been able to understand it. I really enjoyed her character. They could have handled her a lot better in SEVERAL WAYS, but ... I just always had a soft spot for her.

I do really think that it's because the comics require some kind of effort and people are much too busy scrolling and trying to decompress. People are just hitting like now and again instead of trying to reach out and connect. Stuff is too overwhelming in general and too many people rely on AI now?
I'm SO excited for the next page. All I want to do is show people what I have so far but I cannot. This state of being, as an artist, is kind of like being trapped in the arctic without sun for months on end.
But we stay silly.
Being a comic artist is so silly. Sometimes pages come out one after another with nothing particularly special happening. But, then ... there are days where it's like "if people don't praise me for this page when I am finally done I'm going to throw up."

I had a paralysis scare where I almost lost the use of my legs due to a tear in my spine ... and as I was crying in bed I realized that if I could comfortably sit at my desk again, I NEED TO tell the story that keeps floating around in my head.
