Mostly stayed home yesterday minus one errand, I'm at work today and hanging in there. Not nearly as bad as yesterday, just head hurts and light and sound hurt a bit still pfff... Less fatigue.

They are!!! Holy heck. I get them a few times a month myself too, but rarely do they go in nausea territory (unsure if there was food poisoning or not too).
