I guess I didn't notice that. But to be fair, I added a lot of flavor. There's no salt seasoning, shallots, lemo & a heavy cream & butter lemon drizzle.

Tonight I baked Swai filets, steamed cauliflower and served with pasta roni, tomato slices & avocado. On top of the fish and cauliflower is a delicate sauce I made with heavy cream, butter & lemon. Perfect dinner. Healthy.
