AMAZING NEWS. Turns out the RAM was poopy doo doo! So fixing this is as easy as returning the bad RAM and buying more :D

so… right now it isn’t posting 😅 the mobo has a red DRAM indicator light, so presumably it might be the RAM or something else, and i’ve tried reseating everything and making sure all was plugged in. gonna come back to this either tonight or this weekend *sighh*
