Eliminating libraries in prisons is a disaster, completely shortsighted. Libraries are a lifeline for incarcerated people who want to learn and grow, and have few other options.

a medieval style digital drawing of an androgynous brown-skinned knight on horseback on a hill, stabbing a long gold spear into a blue dragon on the ground. the knight has a gold halo behind their head and wears a suit of silver armor with a nonbinary flag striped tunic and a trans flag as a cape. their horse is white, with blue tack with trans pride trim. there is black gothic text at the top and bottom of the image reading “A world without trans people has never existed and never will.” there’s an ornate pale blue border around the image, filled with pink and blue scrollwork, gold hearts filled with colorful flowers, a smiley bat, two smiley moles, and two smiling frogs holding up trans flags.

They remain with their abusers or return to them.

THIS is the fallout from having a housing crisis spread across the country, and letting housing as a speculative investment flourish above being a home for those in our communities #HousingCrisis

A mockup of the JANUARY postcard book, although the actual print copies are upgraded to be even fancier than this.

A mockup of the JANUARY postcard book, although the actual print copies are upgraded to be even fancier than this.

It is unorthodox, but I've released the digital files for JANUARY for free on itch.io before our Kickstarter has even ended! That's for two reasons - the game is done, AND I think you'll see the value of this as a beautiful, tactile and physical object.

Nothing like sleeping twelve hours to skip being conscious during a migraine to feel like your entire reality shifted half a centimeter to the left

I've become a little over zealous in my masala chai brewing, in which I make too much of the good good liquid and sit sipping it like someone who charges their phone battery to 100% every time it drops to 99%

i've always tried to live by "express the nice thing to someone's face!" bc of how often i've thought someone hated me then a mutual friend would be like "they were literally just talking about how cool you are" but making @foliopod.bsky.social amplified it like 150x for me

At least a few folks have been a bit confused by the image we used for this ad. One thought it was “luxury housing.” To be clear, this is public/social/supportive housing in downtown Vancouver. To their credit, BC Housing hires good architects who do very good designs for public housing. #UrbanTruth

Cover of the webcomic Behind the Trees. A satyr and a man are lying on the ground of a forest, upside down. Books are dispersed around them. They look at each other, their hands turned towards each other, but not touching.

Today marked the one year anniversary for Behind the Trees on Comic Fury (and two years in three days since it’s creation)!

Thank you everyone who follows me on this journey! It means the world to me that this story brings joy to others and is followed by so many readers already!
