I've been really enjoying seeing people play Tomodachi Life. Thought about getting it, but I don't think I could make anything nearly as entertaining.
Been plating Pragmata. Very fun game so far.
Anemoi only a few days away now..

Finished Mouse PI
I think it was good. I didn't like a lot of the guns and the action as much after a bit. The platforming was kind of fun and I kind of wish it had focused on that. Though the whole thing had a bunch of clunkiness here and there
Onto Pragmata
I've never even heard of this place until now
It'd be nice if it got enough attention that could give Bamco the motivation to do Xenosaga trilogy ports
Been spending a lot of money recently and telling myself it's okay because my birthday is coming up
Seeing people talk smack about KEY titles in a visual novel Discord and I'm like 'Well you're entitled to your opinion, but all the same what the fuck?"
Hell yeah, I am in for that
Grats!
I also technically bought the Switch version and preordered some other merch for it. There's also Anemoi which comes out at the end of the month that I'll have to pay proxy/tariffs for.. Yeah definitely should hold off
Ended up getting the Miku MP3 player and the Magical Girl Witch Trials Soundtrack. Probably should curb my spending but my birthday is coming up next month hmmm
Or do I buy this Hatsune Miku Mp3 player?
I kind of want to buy a 200 dollar CD player for listening to music instead of always using Youtube, but at the same time... yikes
I know there's people who bought a PS5 for FF7 Rebirth (I was one of them) and there's going to be people who buy it solely for GTA6. There's also people who bought steam decks that only realistically play one game when they use it.
Is it excessive? Probably. Is that a problem? Ehh *shrugs*
Also, this shit with the US sucks. I'm trying not to think about it right now, and the fact that I'm on Bsky should probably tell you my stance on issues. However in case it was ever not clear, I've never been proud to be an American, but I've never felt disgusted to be one until recent years
Debating about whether I want the Switch version of Magical Girl Witch Trials and which store I'd want to preorder it from (they all have wallscrolls of different girls and it's hard to pick a favorite :\)
Yeah, maybe soured is the wrong word. More like it would've been better as a package without it
I also can't help but wanting to buy a bunch of stuff related to the VN I just finished. I probably shouldn't but...
I've recently been restudying grammar, and I think it's been helping my Japanese out a lot more than when I first learned it. Though I've been having a bit of trouble with finding good learning material
Have you ever had a post credits scene that just soured the experience? I just finished a really good VN (not going to mention which one but you can probably figure out based on my posts) but the after credits scene felt like it added nothing
I get they want to leave the door open for more but...
I think social media is healthy for society at large
April Fools!
Really enjoying Manosaba
In my experience, it's a waste of time and resources. Unless there's something you plan to play soon, most of it's likely to just sit around taking up space. Space that you'll have to periodically upkeep in order to retain it long term
I'm trying my hardest not to come on here all the time to rant about the most inane things, but I'm lonely looking for some human connection I guess...
I hate how "free" trials require a credit card. Perhaps related, I also hate how I get Discord notifications whenever they're offering Nitro
First chapter of Manosaba down.
While they give plenty of time in the trials, I kind of wish that timers didn't exist. It's honestly the least enjoyable aspect of these killing game games
The GOAT
I finished Chainsaw Man.
I honestly don't mind how it ended. It was more how part 2 as a whole went that I think deserves more attention. It was all just wildly up and down without there being time for people to settle on what just happened
FF7 remake part 3 better not be a timed PS5 exclusive or I'll cry
I didn't realize a lot of things until I was close to 30 either. Heck even at 40 I'm still learning a lot. I don't think you should feel bad about that though. It's better to think of the life ahead than to dwell on the life you lived.
There's always going to be someone worse off, but never let that invalidate your own feelings.
Lots of people have those thoughts. It may not be most, but most people have some kind of unhealthy thinking pattern. Don't let those feelings isolate you, but don't accept them as inevitable
Imagining Star Fox in the Galaxy movie, I also imagine a kid asking their parent "Who's that" and the parent going "I don't know"
That or someone going "Look it's the fox from show me the car fax"
