Yep, always get a home inspection before purchase! It saves you a lot of headache if you know where the problems are and how much work it would be to fix them (and if the problems are too numerous!)

Ooh was this at Rock Box?
Mainly next 3, I died so much on server slam ππ©
Only you would subject yourself to that food crime π
You should have seen the testing spreadsheet. We rated several different designs by portability, volume, easiness to blow.. π₯

So sorry to hear that, Donny. I was laid off in 2024 and the job market is pretty rough. If you're applying online and not using referrals for positions, try and filter down to only jobs posted in the last hour. Many places are getting flooded with applications and usually only look at the first few
Sorry for your loss Gary, sending you virtual hugs now and giving a big one in person next time I see you π«
A picture of my boyfriend and I in an embrace.
Happy belated new year from my boyfriend and I
I'm holding off on going to any gay events from now on until after I visit my grandparents next week until this wave passes, don't want to put them at risk
Oh nooo yeah something's going around. My boyfriend is sick too
I started my copy of Betrayal Legacy pre-pandemic and it took us until this year to finally finish it π to be fair, other members of the group had kids and we prioritized finishing our 10 year long D&D campaign first. Great game! I hope you enjoy the journey it brings!
Got the same goal lol
Yeah, everywhere is getting affected by climate change. We do what we can on an individual level if our systems won't protect us. We got lucky with the preparation we did.
Kids will say the darnedest things sometimes. I was at a friend's Hanukkah party, and a kid asked me, "Are you happy?" I really did have to think about that question. I then had to explain the concept of homophobia to an 8 year old. She had never experienced that before because she has 2 dads.
I dunno, you're probably better at digging out fence posts than I am lol
Another question about a bakery is "are you a morning person?" The bakers that I know start work at like 4am in order to make sure their products are ready and fresh by the time the bakery opens.
Highway 167 in Washington state. The road is partially flooded and underwater.
A trench dug in my partner's backyard. It is halfway filled with water. There's also a white pipe with a 90 fitting inside the trench.
At the very least, when roads looked like this, the trenches we dug diverted water around the house. Really dodged a bullet with the weather
I've come to the realization I'm solidly a city boy. I've been helping out at Andrew's farm during unemployment and digging out drain and irrigation lines in the pouring rain make me miss my corporate job haha
+1 to the burn out. My exercise this past week has been from pulling electrical lines through trenches and setting up irrigation. Helping Andrew and job hunting basically takes everything I've got. Sending hugs and good vibes to you both.
It was good to see you! Hope my travel suggestions help!
Yeah, Iβve been in a depressive spiral. Going to reprise my costume from last year too. Youβre not alone
The one who serves the most gets to be the bottom!

But also, I could totally see this happening over Flamecraft
Happy Saturday! Hope you have a fun weekend!
When we talk about how "Magneto was right," this is why -- here he is, correctly predicting how this is going to go. It starts with dehumanizing; then that leads to tracking; tracking leads to arrests; arrests lead to camps; camps lead to genocide.

Me but with my entire front stairs.
Glad to see the gays get things done!
