Gloucester ranked best motorway service station in Great Britain Popular stop on M5 tops Which? survey with Tebay second, while Bridgwater is judged the worst with one-star rating

Having spent many years travelling the M5 on can only concur. I went to Bridgewater services once; never again!

UK care homes face ban on overseas recruitment under migration plans Yvette Cooper to announce proposals to reduce net migration in response to growing pressure from Reform UK

Madness! Becoming a bit like Refuk is not how to beat them. Who do Labour expect to do these jobs - many of the local population would rather sit idle than wipe and elderly person's backside!
Sorry Labour, you're going to lose my vote.

Possibly not. Most likely destination (if competitively priced) is wholesale butchers and hence the catering industry.

I used to buy the Times but it's gone the same way as the Telegraph.

It's still bollocks.

I think you're presuming the Telegraph's summary is correct.
It's bollocks.

Disingenuous is a very kind word to use in the context of Trump. He is a serial liar.

What trump is quoting is trade defecits which aren't tariffs. If the EU (and this country) sell more to the US than we import from them then perhaps US manufacturers need to improve the quality of their offerings.
Cadillac or Mercedes..... doesn't take long to decide.

Because the EU doesn't impose 39% tariffs. Trump is lying (as usual) and is not to be taken at his word.
There is a 10% tariff on their cars (which are inefficient crap) and a little over 20% on some agricultural products but typically tariffs are negligible.

This man speaks for all of us. We must speak up to stop the march of the far right. If you don't speak up for others who will speak when they come for you?

He'll probably just say Trump is a very naughty boy.

I think we buy the hardware from the US but the clever stuff is all our own so we're not overly reliant on the US to make the things work.

It would be an attack on a NATO country so one member of NATO (the USA) would have declared war on NATO itself.

What happened to the DUP's two word vocabulary; 'No'!. 'Never'!

Supporters probably won't travel in numbers for early rounds of the club world championship this year so stadiums will be sparsely populated in the early rounds. By the time the competition gets to it's later stages it'll likely be South American and European teams left.

We'll only be accepted back once the EU believes the country is united in rejoining. They won't want our membership to be down to the whim of the governing political party.
It's going to take at least a generation.

It seems Republicans no longer tolerate dissent. History tells me this happened in Germany in the 1930s.
Ah well, USA. You voted for a man that told you he would be a dictator.

Logic would suggest your argument be extended to Devon and some of Somerset as they too were in the Celtic kingdom of Dunmonia.
I remember years ago being told by a Cornish woman that her mother was Cornish but her father English!
