LA has 'no such authority' to roll out new RV removal program under state law, judge says The judge ruled the new law that went into effect in January gives that authority to the county — not the city.

A court has ruled LA cannot unlawfully expand RV seizures and destruction.

This protects thousands of unhoused Angelenos who rely on RVs as their only home.
