As the US relies more and more on fossil fuels because Donald Trump hates renewables, and Americans struggle to pay their electricity bills, the UK govt is considering free electricity days because we are producing so much with renewables.
I use gas about 2 months a year for my central heating. Still have to pay the standing charge for the other 10 months though 😡

As I have been saying for over a year now, the biggest threat to American democracy is the apathy of the American people. It was clear what was at stake in the last election yet 90 million stayed home. Same with the protests, only 6% of anti-Trump voters attended the mass protests.
