Not if Gwynedd has a say! I for one will be voting another party, so too, I assume, will my husband. But the Conservatives have a lot to answer if they do win Wales!

I bet they soon warmed up to the idea! I would have, had I been there! New cultures, that tickle the earbuds and taste buds are exciting!

Although with veg like broccoli, best to chop, then stop. Leave for ten mins. Then they have more of the sulphonamide properties one needs! And fermented food is anti inflammatory- as kimchi, saurkraut, yogurt, kefir, cheese and so on! Tasty food is anti inflammatory Alanna!

To combat hayfever, incorporate foods rich in natural antihistamines, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids to reduce inflammation and stabilize histamine release. Foods such as oily fish, nuts, ginger, turmeric, citrus fruits, onions and garlic. Even broccoli helps to halt inflammation!

My son’s best friend is Argentinian and we have long been regaled about the best culture from food to football and so on! My ten year old knows how to make Milanese and fold empanadas like a champ and he is an avid Argentina fan!

I think whole sale joining, paying the piper & adopting the euro is the long term best solution. The economic benefits are obvious, including a wider mobility scheme. More Brits retire to the Med than French come here! Anyway, we need the security of EU. So let’s do what it takes to get it ASAP!

This war is so damn confusing. It’s why we shouldn’t let drunks and dementia patients run it.

Ha ha! I haven’t even retired any of my winter clothes yet! People stare at me as I walk down the high street all wrapped up! But I’m the loon who is sensitive to low temps!

So sorry Alanna. I’m a bit of a foodie, so a throw out suggestion is to think about the food you’re eating? In particular the plants? Have you looked at what the plants/trees growing in your part of London? Is there any thing you could ingest in order to self vaccinate? Just an idea…

Too right! My mum is turning 81 tomorrow and we will celebrate! I’m making the cakes today and will layer them up tomorrow. We made her cards and will wrap the birdhouse she wanted. It’s her day and we will make her feel special!
