Monday reminder: Mifepristone — one of two medicines commonly used in medication abortion — is safe and effective.

Opposition to mifepristone isn't rooted in science, just an urge to control people and take away their freedom to make decisions about their own bodies, lives, and futures.

We're so grateful to our champions in the Legislature, including Senate President pro Tem Monique Limón, for their efforts to pass this bill. But our work does not stop here — we will continue fighting for your right to care, no matter what.

This bill will provide $90 million to address funding gaps caused by the federal government’s decisions to "defund" Planned Parenthood and roll back 53 years of reproductive rights.

Yesterday, Governor Newsom signed a critical bill that will ensure patients can continue accessing the care they need from Planned Parenthood health centers across California. PPCCAF President, Jenna Tosh, PhD, was there in Sacramento to witness the signing.
