This is done in Unity with HDRP, for modeling I've been using Blender, but the model comes from the Unity store. The player character will change a bit in the future for sure.

Thanks! Yes, I'll have another post shortly which shows how it works in action, but for a text description: Photo-Voltaic Active Camouflage is powered by light and allows the user to hide when darkness is not an option. It can charge slowly by itself but standing in the light charges it faster!
