been considering bottom surgery for several years, and i think that would help me considerably. wont happen for a long while. but until then im trying to figure out how to manage nerve pain and make it a better experience for me

not to get sad on the horny account but i really truly wish i could enjoy sex. between dysphoria, severe pain & depression, its incredibly frustrating- because i can’t do it. at all. and ive never been able to. i hope one day it can change
