The repercussions of the election in Hungary has Maga terrified that their illegitimate party can be removed from party and they be held accountable for their actions while in power, so they have ramped up stealing what they can.
We can still defeat fascism in America, but only by fighting.

Art that is hand made and has human flaws is become the new trend in the age of AI and digital art fatigue.

This would be a horrible time to be an artist named Al.
He’d have to stop signing everything with his name, no more gallery placards saying “created by Al”.
From now on, he’d have to use that full name he hates to sign everything with.
“Albert”.
I am slowly coming to terms with acknowledging that at my age, I may never get a chance to walk on the moon.
Yup. And you don’t increase your budget if you don’t plan to use it, telling us he’s already planning more wars.
If we were to cut ICE’s budget by 10%, we could afford to increase the NPS budget by 300%.
That would be my priority.

We can still fight, but there is no “wait and see how the midterms come out”.
If the judicial branch doesn’t step in, I can tell you with 90% of Americans saying they will never vote Republican, the elections will be a landslide in favor of Republicans.
Because that is how Fascism rolls.
And not all Fascism is Nazi Fascism. Maga is its own style, but it is by the very definition. As is Hungary, Russia, and some others.
It also doesn’t arrive all at once, it comes in stages.
And it doesn’t arrest everyone for dissent, first it aims to economically ruin them.
Today Trump signed an executive order giving him and the DHS alone the sole power to control the outcome of every federal election going forward.
This is Fascism. Will the courts strike it down and block it? Or is democracy dead in America and Fascism the new way of our world?
I love all my trans friends. Whether you have hit your ideal target yet or not, you are still beautiful to me! #transdayofvisibility
The propaganda tracker i built keeps uncovering the obvious.
A new analysis of accounts commenting on and sharing right wing propaganda has revealed the top spreader of official propaganda on twitter is the Grok account.
I literally collected gigs of data to learn Grok is fascist propaganda.
Oh, and they also plan to pass it as a budget reconciliation item, which does not require 60 votes in the Senate. Even though this has nothing to with budgets. But Republicans don’t care about laws either.
That voter rigging bill i’ve been screaming about for months that no one seems to care about, which would create a one party maga only system in the US.
It already would prevent many trans people from voting, but they’ve amended it to ban trans health and jobs. www.thepinknews.com/2026/03/23/s...
My company seems to be teaching every product person and designer all about engineering. Repos, Branches, Git, PRs, etc.
What does this say about the world of AI being able to code?
I also believe there will always be a need for software engineers, what they do is beyond what i see AI do.
ICE is now monitoring TSA at airports.
I give it a week before they murder at least one person for trying to bring 4 ounces of shampoo through security.
Not sure how this is acceptable to anyone. Everyone should be screaming loudly about this.
Well, um… There’s many ways to spell it. At least you didn’t spell it “Well, cum”.
What your thoughts of Netanyahu going on national tv to ask the US to send ground troops to Iran?
We know since he asked, Trump will comply. And Trump’s cucks in Congress never say no.
People do realize this could be way messier, deadlier, and longer than the Iraq/Afghanistan wars combined, right?

Fascism relies on authoritarianism and violence to thrive. These two will not be the last victim. It can easily be me or you next. Alex and Renee, they are us. We are them. We can not let this happen here. We must fight back, and we can't just wait and "see what happens in the midterms".
Everyone I talked to there knew exactly why ICE was there. To get a copy of the voting logs. To claim the local government as illegitimate so it could place it's loyalists into power. As a test of can they take the city by force and convert it to MAGA loyalists and expand and do the entire country.
It was a strong reminder that this is just a quiet midwestern town with midwestern love and midwestern values. It was not the city destroyed that needed a gestapo to liberate it. The other way around, as it was only ever under siege by ICE.
I saw posters that there had just been a free concert 2 days before in their parking lot with Dropkick Murpheys. So instead I went to the Greek Restaurant right there, had one of the best Greek dishes I'd ever had. So good. Not the high crime war zone the propagandists claimed.
I realized I hadn't eaten that day, and that was causing my emotions to get out of whack, The German restaurant with it's beer garden was closed as it only opened for dinner, but I really would have loved a pint of German beer and a schnitzel.
So much hand made art that people had put so much time and emotion into. A hand painted painting of Alex. More poems and writings.
Again there was so much emotion. Many people left signs related to Alex's love of biking. A bike tire, some poems. Others left mementos related to his job as an ICU nurse at the VA hospital. Scrubs hanging on a stick. A pole with a dozen stethoscopes.
Next I headed over to where Alex was murdered. This was more of a business district. But the kind I'd much rather visit than a strip mall. The uber dropped us by a large vinyl record shop. We walked around the corner where the memorial was in front of a community center.
Renee was a poet, so there was a Poet-Tree, where people could Leaf a Poem. It was covered in poems, many hand written with pen or pencil and paper. Some of them showing signs of water damage. I read many. They were personal and shared thoughts on what happened and the lives of the people impacted.
Every piece of art. Every memorial. Every poem. Every item left at this site felt so full of emotion. It was clear how impactful this event was on the entire city. Heck, it impacted me. It impacted the world. This was not just any murder, this was state execution as our country moves towards Fascism
I crossed the street and approached the memorial. It was a sunny warm day (51F) and there were about 8 people there. Mostly older white people with gray hair. 2 people were spreading some mulch around, tending to the site to make it nicer and preserve it.
