Yeah, we've certainly spent a fair amount of time circling that one missing truth about Jack and Jenny's perspective on Zimmy, something that unlocks everything else. Sort of the opposite case of Omega, who shifted from a whisper to an open book as soon as she fully entered the plot

I'm impressed it's wrapping up so cleanly, given the length and ambition of the project. I was a bit skeptical of the coven at first, but they've proven some excellent endgame spice

"You must be a genius level intellect to teach Mitsuru about burgers" definitely one of my favorite Persona mechanical gags, alongside "do you have the courage to date your teacher?"

Holds up quite well, in spite of the Carpenter version's long shadow! Aside from the premise, this version actually seemed more of an ancestor to Alien/Aliens - the cramped holdout, the reliance on improvised weapons, the use of a proximity radar, the giddy science officer and "crew expendable" tone

The Thing From Another World (1951)

Sorta cheating there, since I’m a big fan of many OG StarCraft antagonists - Kerrigan, DuGalle, Mengsk

A genuine "I'm always saying this" for me, my mouth moves before my brain whenever anyone mentions rubber, gum, or Hisoka

Honestly, neither would I. Square hit magic with KH2 specifically - a perfect skill-testing balance that even the same franchise couldn't repeat. That said, it's also one I'd easily exchange for Hollow Knight (which I think essentially solved its genre)

Wish I could have found room for Hollow Knight, Valkyria Chronicles, Cave Story, and TimeSplitters 2. They can share credit wherever seems appropriate
