Honestly I kind of miss my early days of DDR, my friends were much more willing to play it with me because there wasn't as big of a skill gap 😂

Also gave the Expert chart of 3y3s a try (another level 17 song). It went better than expected but this was immediately after playing DeltaMAX and over an hour of constant playing. I was worn the fuck out lol.

Gave DeltaMAX (level 17 song that starts at 100 bpm and constantly increases in speed up to 573 bpm) a try after not playing it for awhile. This was sloppy as hell for me but oh well lol

That's how everyone starts! I've also been playing for 20 years, played pretty much daily through all of high school then continued into adulthood with the arcade. So I have a bit of experience under my belt lol

Idk this was a lot of word vomit thanks to spending so many hours just driving around by myself. Hope y'all have a good weekend.

Sometimes a side quest or a brief stopping point on a bigger journey, but never a main character. And no one wants an NPC to randomly come up to them in a game and force an interaction, right? So I find myself never approaching anyone, even if I know them.

Not entirely related but it's something that's been a constant on my mind lately; I don't really feel like an active part of anyone's life. Or like, someone they think or talk about if I'm not physically there. Basically, I view myself as an NPC in everyone's life.

No time or energy to do anything outside of work. Wake up, go to work, order food to be delivered while I drive home, drift in and out of sleep for an hour on the couch trying to play video games, give up and go to sleep just to do it all over again.

45 hours worked last week, 46.5 hours this week and finished the week off working 10 hours today. The song 'Autonomous Delivery Robot' by grandson is feeling more and more like my theme song everyday.
