I'm not Catholic, but if I were, and I disagreed vehemently with the Pope, I would simply sit down and make a list of my issues. A long list, say 95 items long maybe? And instead of posting to socials, I'd make a point by writing them out on parchment and tacking them to the front door of a church.

This was a really fun listen and the mention of the constant EW coverage in anticipation of Titanic really took me back to a time and place. I was a big Titanic fan—even had a board game. It’s been at least a decade since I’ve seen the film in full, and I should make time for A Night to Remember.

I was not prepared for all the tears to cascade from my eyes watching episode 3 of the new season of The Comeback.

I’ve been rewatching Dawson’s Creek and there’s this season 3 episode that opens with Dawson teaching Joey how to drive and ends with Pacey helping teach Joey how to drive, and that narrative construction and foreshadowing, in an episode called “Valentine’s Day Massacre” is just perfect.

RFK Jr. did not come up with idea that diet is important to health. This has been promoted for decades, including, famously, by Michelle Obama.

In fact, he doesn’t even believe it himself.

If he did he’d be busy making sure kids in the U.S. had enough to eat, instead of cutting food benefits.

I’ve always liked the source material, which definitely helps. A Thousand Ships is also on my TBR and I’m trying to read Emily Wilson’s translation of The Odyssey before the movie comes out this summer.

I remember finding Song of Achilles quite readable and the writing kept me turning the pages. I really enjoyed it, and I liked it more than Circe.

“Reminding me that nobody runs faster than time

“It's heartbreaking and reassuring.”

👆🏻That’s the kind of lyric I would’ve posted in an AIM Away Message

This album is a such gift during this a absolutely terrible Q1 of 2026

A week later and we’re still spinning this album. The way these lyrics resonate and stick in my mind, these melancholy bops are still popping

I performed a portion of the “back to school again” opening number as part of a back to school assembly in middle school. The film lives in my lore.

Don’t say people can’t change: I started, on occasion, eating tofu this year.

That she picked a Dude Ranch song rather than an Enema of the State song, well, I tip my hat to her.

Took me too long to realize that the guy who played Oliver Trask on The O.C. is playing the husband of a patient on this season of The Pitt.
