Like I dunno…the Ramones(?)…one could plausibly argue you need only one OR every Bonnie Prince Billy album. I guess I land in the latter category predictably. His music is consistently a welcome balm, the newest no exception.

Really really loved this show. Was pretty taken by its many layers and just exceptional performances from the three leads…plus Richard Jenkins who basically stole the whole show. Affecting!

In the past 48 hours I’ve watched one documentary about Paul McCartney’s 70s and another that laser focused on the Beatles’ 1962. The former was fun but inessential the latter completely unmissable. The gift that ceases to keep gifting.
