These things. These are some good things.
Sense of helplessness and detachment definitely factored in. Instead of informing it just fed the hum of anxiety. Most of it I don’t need to know. Should probably concede that there’s very likely an element of me just sulking horribly.
..learnt next to sod all, and was probably just listening to it to avoid engaging with my own brain. The news *adores* Trump. I opted out that day (in favour of music mainly, but also audiobooks) and genuinely feel quite marvellous, clear headed. (but do need to find a new small dose news routine)
