June 2022 but was dealing with the symptoms of it since I was in middle school (2000). Doctors prescribed their solution- birth control. Did that for years- it suppressed the extreme symptoms. When I stopped taking BC, the bad cycles returned two months later.
I changed my diet to pescatarian and i avoid dairy and gluten as much as possible. And I started taking Elix chinese herbs at the top of the year. Between those things, I have seen alot of improvements. It was beyond horrible prior to those changes.
Endometriosis is such a bitch. These pre-cycle flare ups, bloat, and fatigue then the cycle flare ups and fatigue. I’m so over this shit. 😭 People without can’t begin to understand the struggle.

I want a PS5 just so I can play Mortal Kombat. My lil cousin was playing it today and it made me miss my game playing days.
