Fasting helps with keeping discipline. All that’s left to do is incorporate some light exercise into my day and I’ll have a full routine going. Baby steps 😤😤

Ever since I got back from the hospital, I’ve been pretty mindful with what I eat and drink. Started tracking calories and doing intermittent fasting again.

After my first week, I’ve been able to get 8 cups of water in.
