Wednesday’s sunset at Coot Lake. Typically, the camera is positioned westward to capture the sunset; however, the clouds situated north, east, and south took center stage.

I just finished my afternoon lunch walk with 🐶 here in Niwot. The trees are starting to peak here!

I ended up with one of those photogenic dogs too! 🐶❤️

Watched the Oscars and TV afterwards, and glanced outside while turning off everything inside. iPhone Night Mode, we got a dusting in Niwot!

At 7:05 AM on Tuesday, I had the pleasure of experiencing this for 10 minutes before it quickly faded. A great way to start the day. 🥲😯

Driving home Tuesday from Boulder, and I figured I had fifteen minutes of sunlight left at Coot Lake! Theo thought we should be looping faster and I was loving "Golden Hour!

I work remotely most of the time, then get scheduled for a day or two at HQ. I’m not a fan of the one-way, one-hour commute, so I add an incentive: I swing by Uncle Henry’s Hong Kong BBQ. It adds an extra 20 minutes to my commute when heading home, but it’s so worth it!

I moved to Boulder in 1988, and my first house was on 32nd near Baseline. The Dark Horse was within easy walking distance, and we often found ourselves there on any given night. So many great memories, especially in my late 20s and early 30s.

Another 64°F day today! I had a good lunch-break walk with Theo and headed straight to Coot Lake after logging off.

Normally, Coot Lake is frozen solid this time of year, but not now. Nearly impossible to keep Theo🐶 out of the water!

Here in Boulder, Colorado, it hit 64°F. It was so nice, I logged out a little early to get some quality lake time with Theo.

I agree 😭 This felt like a punch in the stomach when I read the news. Passing at 71 is too young for such a wonderful person and actress. I felt the same when Robin Williams passed, a very sad day.

My friend that lives in China comes to the states every summer to visit her adult son and friends here in Colorado. She messaged me to say she’s not coming this summer, “the United States is too dangerous.”
