@frontex.bsky.social found that Greece uses Afghan paramilitaries to torture and push back asylum seekers to Turkey.
Article 46(4) requires it to end its operations in Greece, as recently affirmed by @eucourtofjustice.bsky.social. But Frontex still refuses to act.

Vincent actually helps Libyan militias intercept refugee boats and pull them back to Libya, where the “rescued” refugees are subjected to rape, torture, slavery, and murder upon disembarkation.

Judges found his account ‘sufficiently detailed, specific and consistent’ and sent the case back.
