I’m getting an MRI on Sunday— do I need to remove my septum piercing? It’s rose gold and doesn’t react to magnets but idk— I think I need a piercer to take it out for me… 😔

My fear now is that people will get bored of the news story of what’s happening in Minnesota. It’s a very active situation. Remember 5yo Liam Ramos? More kids have been taken from his school and last I heard he’s still in Texas. If there’s been a drawdown, no one I know has noticed it.

This is just insane. It’s only a matter of time before DHS kills another innocent person here.

I’ve got a serious infection that doctors are trying to clear with antibiotics before they discuss and schedule surgery. At the moment it’s difficult for me to leave my bed, so I’m just trying to get through life until surgery.

It feels bad to ask for any help (esp. in the midst of everything happening in Minnesota right now), but I’m still waiting for assistance to help me cover living expenses.

Abolish ICE, prosecute and imprison its leaders, impeach and remove the President from office. This is the only sane reaction to a group of armed men kidnapping and gunning down our neighbors in the street.

ICE just shot another one of my neighbors. They had the person on the ground, being beaten by several agents, and then fired multiple shots. In front of the donut shop where we like to get donuts for our kids.

Once again: Focusing on their lack of training is a mistake. With "better training," their violence would simply cost more, and they would still kill whoever they wanted, but make it look more professional — to make people more comfortable, the way many of you are at ease with local police violence.

A thing that might not be clear from the outside is that while everyone here is engaged in this fight, ICE’s use of dystopian technology means that you essentially have to pick a lane between observing ICE and doing mutual aid. They are tracking observers’ cars, and taking pictures of their faces.

Like for every Will Stancil chasing ICE around in his Honda Fit, there are grandmothers delivering groceries or giving vulnerable people rides. But you cannot switch from one to the other, and certainly not in the same car.
