Good suffered three bullet wounds. Two were not life-threatening, according to the autopsy. The third "struck her on the left side of her head near the temple, and exited on the right side of her head." Seems that had to be either shot #2 or # 3 which Ross fired when he was not in danger's way.

I've been waiting for this.
Independent autopsy of Renee Good is in. It's strong evidence against Agent Ross, given what it means about the second or third shot through the left-side window.
It's the second and third shots that make the easiest criminal case of a willful killing.
The House Ethics Committee found that Matt Gaetz did all of the horrible things previously claimed—sex trafficking minors, prostitution (including of minors), drugs, drunk driving, obstruction, the works. The Florida Bulldog has secured and published the House report this evening.
It worked. Air Force One carrying Trump to Davos, Switzerland turns around due to electrical issues, returns to Joint Base Andrews, Maryland (Washington) D.C.

Wow.
A fired-up Mikie Sherrill just put on her federal prosecutor’s hat in an interview with #Maddow, laying out the damning case against Jack Ciattarelli and the Trump Administration for what was clearly a coordinated effort to illegally share her military records.

"We are asking the Department of War to deploy to our cities" should be a statement that ends any Governor's political career.
Mike Johnson: "They want to talk about healthcare? If they don't fund the government, guess what does stop -- the WIC program. That's women, infants, and children nutrition program won't be funded. We won't have FEMA funded."
And who is responsible for the bad economy Roger? Who is the president Roger?
I made this in jest because I’m finding it hard to believe that a text message exchange would sound like a Jane Austen novel written by a cop. Completely Believable Text Message Theater - sound up.
It is absolutely insane to me that we're having a debate over whether or not the rightwing deploys violent rhetoric within days of a Fox News personality calling for homeless people to be killed by lethal injection. There is no excuse for this obliviousness. It's unacceptable.
Last week, we found out Lisa Cook’s Atlanta mortgage docs correctly called her property a vacation home, not a primary residence. Now there’s evidence her MI home docs were also done correctly. & she won big in court today, too. This trump witch hunt is disgusting.

129. The value of President Trump’s one-of-a-kind, unprecedented personal brand alone is reasonably estimated to be worth at over $100,000,000,000. His business ventures are successful and generate hundreds of millions of dollars of annual revenue for the Trump Organization. Moreover, the injury to President Trump’s business and personal reputation inflicted by these Defendants threatens to Case 8:25-cv-02487 Document 1 Filed 09/15/25 Page 79 of 85 PageID 79 80 continue, thereby causing massive economic damage to his brand value and significant damage and injury to his future financial prospects. The harm to the value of TMTG stock is one example of how the Defendants’ defamation has injured President Trump. Because President Trump’s net worth is extremely high and includes his unique brand, which he has carefully cultivated over decades, the reputational injury inflicted in this case reaches billions of dollars.
I honestly thought there was a chance that I'd fallen asleep and was dreaming the most absurd, childlike, ego-maniac lawsuit when I tried to read this Trump defamation complaint against the Times, Penguin Random House, and individual journalists.
Complaint: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
Shut this B!!!!!H down!!! Don't try to play nice now that you need 7 democratic votes in the senate to keep it open! You all own this. Lets call on our democratic senators to stand strong and no support this regime.
Can we discuss for a moment what an incredible abuse of the office of President it is to sue any entity for defamation while one is in office?
An act of transparent extortion.
He must be removed from office.
NEW: Trump says he is suing the New York Times for $15B for… well… I’m not entirely sure.
Donald Trump sues the New York Times (and Susanne Craig, Russ Buettner, and Michael S. Schmidt) for defamation, and the complaint for some reason begins thus: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
Where’s the lie?
This is a stunningly pathological lawsuit even by Trumpian standards. It reads as if he was holding a gun to the head of the child of the lawyer drafting it.
It’s on all of us to stop the hate
Honor the memory of the 16th Street Baptist Church bombing, by demanding leaders dial back the toxic rhetoric before more lives are lost.

Anybody know any MAGAs (or low-info folks) with cancer? Or cancer in the family?
Be sure they know that Trump isn't just *cutting* cancer research, he's basically decimating it. It may put us back decades in the quest to find a cure. People need to know this.
In a 2023 statement, conservative activist Charlie Kirk said that "some gun deaths every single year" are a worthwhile price for preserving the Second Amendment.
Alayna Treene @alaynatreene Trump shelved his plans to target Chicago as the next city for his domestic crime push after advisers warned him that sending in troops to help with local law enforcement (without buy-in from the state’s governor) could create legal headaches they want to avoid, sources familiar with the matter told CNN Now he’s going to Memphis W/ @HBRabinowitz https://cnn.com/2025/09/12/politics/chicago-memphis-trump-national-guard
It absolutely matters here that Pritzker was effective at sounding the alarm and plainly stating this would be unconstitutional in a profoundly radical and fundamental way, and showing he could rally practical popular opposition, which then gets spun as backing out over "legal headaches."
COMMENTARY: Charlie Kirk was shot in Utah today. And so were schoolchildren in Colorado. Because of the sick delusion that violence solves problems. None of us is safe.
Elizabeth Warren on people who say Dems needs to tone down their rhetoric: "Oh, please. Why don't you start with the president of the United States? And every ugly meme he's posted and every ugly word."
And now law enforcement is in the position of either following the evidence, even if it contradicts Trump’s “conclusions” and makes him mad, or validate his predetermined narrative no matter what
I knew Trump would capitalize on Charlie Kirk's death and use it as an excuse to attack political opponents.
Here he stokes further political tension and violence. He's been waiting for an opportunity like this because he hates half the country he's supposed to lead.
Obviously, there's bigger news happening right now, but Senate Republicans just voted against releasing the Epstein files. Every Democrat voted to release them. Susan Collins was the deciding vote to protect Trump and others named in the files.
rarely have I more acutely felt the dynamic by which Dems are held responsible for the rhetoric of every random left-leaning person on the internet and Republicans are not even asked to answer for their own personal words
