One trick I learned, thanks to the Tism, is that you can go into the accessibility settings on your phone & under “Audio & Visual” you can have your phone play white noise or other noise blocking sounds through your ear phones. So if I’m in a noisy place & I can’t focus, I use that to block noise

Majority of the time I’m at the bar, I’m reading and hanging with my friends who work there. I’ll also just hit bars to read. It’s become a favorite hobby of mine

The time to start saving for the shit that’s coming was 2-3 years ago. At least, if you wanted to have some cushion for the unforeseen. You can still start, even just 25 a check if that’s all you can afford to do. That shit adds up. I started my savings with $50 a check back in 2013

It’s a necessity, but you have to start it before you need it. Trying to build that habit now, in this economy, is gonna require a lot of discipline ppl didn’t have in more favorable economic climates. I learned to save while I was broke, but that was under a different economy
