i applied for over 400 jobs last calendar year and got maybe 4 interviews, only one got me to the final round. not including internal interviews i was also turned down for 🫠

On TERF kingdom over here Yesterday, the US banned hospitals and medical schools receiving federal funding from practicing trans medicine for anyone under 19 years old. It is the beginning of the potential end of access to care, not only for America’s youth but all Americans, as the government order is likely to create a nationwide chilling effect. This will kill people. This will kill KIDS, first, and slowly but surely a lot more people.

this week has me thinking a lot of the kid i overheard in paris a couple years ago telling their friends about how they aren’t a woman and that gave me a lot of hope as a baby queer
