my grandma quite literally couldn’t read the bottles after eye surgery, so my mom (a nurse) was taking care of her, and thank god because it could have been so bad if it was anyone else

The shoppers by my house put the antibiotics and painkillers in opposite bottles after my grandma had eye surgery. Like full pill swap.
